What is coaching?
Coaching is a developmental process between coach and the client which assists or facilitates client to experience positive behavioural changes through ongoing dialogue and negotiations with coaches to meet clients personal or work goals to produce successful results.
A Coach requires a knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place. Coach facilitate the client’s exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist the client in making real, lasting change.
Time Line Therapy® eliminates past issues that have prevented you from moving forward. It is a very quick and easy technique which allows you to let go of negative emotions and limiting decisions that hold you back.
